Day 27 September 6, 2009

I decided to give the kittens a bath today! Tallulah absolutely DESPISES being bathed (although she loves getting into the shower when YOU are bathing) and she sure lets me know.

Unfortunately Mick went out with my camera in the back seat of the car so I couldn't get any good shots of her as a drowned rat! She spent about 2 hours cleaning herself (she mustn't have liked my job) and then curled up, traumatised and exhausted, but smelling and looking beautiful :)

Day 26 September 5, 2009

I couldn't decide which picture to use today so I picked 2!

Our lovely friends N+S invited us up to stay at Caloundra with them on Saturday night. S is due to have a baby next month and Im so excited! Little Peanut (as I have named him/her) is going to be one spoilt little baby!

We have lots of favourite spots up the coast so we took N+S to some of them. We stopped by the Eumundi markets in the morning then went for lunch at Montville. This picture was taken at the gorgeous cuckoo shop there.

We spent the night in their apartment in Caloundra, which just happened to be the same ones we stayed at last time we were there. This next shot was the moonlight view from the balcony:

Day 25 September 4, 2009

There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home.

I love, love, love Peter Alexander sleepwear. ESPECIALLY his slippers. These gorgeous ruby slippers are form his latest collection and sold out online so get into a PA store to grab some!

Now I just need to find a pair of ruby slippers that I can wear outside the house!

Day 24 September 3, 2009

I'm absolutely hopeless at gardening (and I hate it) so everything I plant usually dies. I recently potted some mixed salad leaves, baby spinach, dill, flat leaf parsley, rosemary and thyme and have successfully kept them alive for a couple of weeks now!

One day I will hopefully have a giant vegie patch out the back but we'll see how these go for now...

Day 23 September 2, 2009

Today's pic is an updated version of this one:

which would've been taken about a year ago. As you can see, the Tully Bear is a GIANT now but much more beautiful than her Yoda/Gollum days <3

Day 21 August 31, 2009 and Day 22 September 1, 2009 and

NO PICS! Again!

Ive been so busy and therefore neglecting this project! I promise I will try harder to keep on track.

Day 20 August 30, 2009

Bird Watching!

Another gorgeous thing about Devons is the little chattering noises they make! So adorable. Its like an involuntary quiver and squeak that they do every time they see birds.

This is one of the few times that Tallulah lets Oliver come super close and *gasp* touch her. She's so focused on what's outside that I don't think she even notices him.
